Space to explore what matters to you, with a psychologist’s understanding and an IFS lens: working with parts, the body and your own resources.

Collegial reflection on your practice: client situations, ethical dilemmas, parallel processes and what the work stirs in you.

Parts work
IFS and Somatic IFS sessions
Getting to know your parts and meeting them from Self, with attention to the body: breath, awareness, resonance and movement – adapted to online work.

All sessions are available in English and Polish. I’m a psychologist and I don’t offer psychotherapy – in the first conversation we look together at what you need, and if another kind of support would serve you better, I’ll tell you.
About mePsychologist first, curious always
I’m Łucja. I’ve worked as a coach since 2007 and as a psychologist since 2010. People often come to me because I bring both: a psychologist’s understanding and a coach’s trust in their resources.
My work rests on Internal Family Systems and Somatic IFS, polyvagal theory and systemic coaching. I’m a mentee of Susan McConnell, the founder of Somatic IFS, and I assist on IFS Institute and Somatic IFS trainings in the UK, Germany, Portugal, Australia and New Zealand, and Poland.
